Voices silenced for generations.
You Help Amplify them.
Founded in 2017, TIP works to advance the rights and dignity of communities discriminated on work and descent (CDWD), the communities affected by caste and analogous systems around the world. These communities continue to face deep-rooted social and economic exclusion, despite global recognition of discrimination based on work and descent.
TIP brings visibility, voice and action to these issues at national, regional and international levels. We strengthen communities through capacity building, partnerships and evidence based research that informs policy and advocacy.
TIP is dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights and dignity of individuals affected by discrimination based on work and descent. This form of discrimination is prevalent in many parts of the
world affecting communities in Africa (Osu, Haratin, Mbororo and others), Europe (Roma), Asia (Dalitss, Burakumin), and Latin America (Quilombola and Pelanque). Discrimination based on work and descent affects more than 270 million people worldwide impacting their equal enjoyment of human rights.
We take a strategic, community-first approach - partnering with grassroots leaders to build inclusive coalitions that drive lasting change. By amplifying local voices and connecting them to global platforms, we ensure lived experiences shape international discourse. This ripple effect brings global momentum back to the ground, fueling tangible, community-led transformation.
We focus on critical issues that matter to CDWD communities. Our work centers intersectionality to reflect the lived realities of those most affected by discrimination.Through grounded research and data, we inform policies that are inclusive, effective, and responsive to the needs of CDWD communities.
We support local grassroots organizations to engage directly with global stakeholders—bringing visibility to the urgent and often overlooked issues faced by descent-based communities.

Yet the issue of descent based discrimination remains underfunded and under-recognized especially for the youth from the communities especially for the youth from the communities. The Inclusivity Project is changing this by building a united global voice for affected communities. The roadshow is a critical moment to expand support and visibility—because no one should be left behind.
